Middle Creek Manor is the perfect location for your next celebration! Located near historic Gettysburg, this 1870’s built mansion is located on 25 acres with 3 acres of manicured lawn. 12 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, an open kitchen with seating for 30, a parlor, and a great room. A huge 1000 sq ft separate building is also available to rent for $750 for the entirety of your stay. Plenty of room for sports, a basketball court, and sitting areas. Perfect for special events such as weddings, reunions, birthdays, and retreats. Starting at 2200 a night.
The FIRST venue includes the dining room, commercial kitchen, a bar with lounge/cocktail area, as well as a large covered front patio. The formal banquet room venue is suitable for 100 guests in the main dining area. There is also room for guests in the lounge with a bar, as well as the front porch which can accommodate 24 additional guests
The SECOND venue includes space for 55 guests and has a private entrance. For this downstairs venue, there are 7 flatscreen TV’s, a large bar, kitchen, and private bathrooms. This venue is fully equipped for meetings with audio and video hookup for the projector, plus a podium with computer stand, and dimmable zoned lights.

For overnight guests, there are 19 tastefully decorated suites available. This includes a huge couples suite with an oversized whirlpool spa. Each suite has individual heat and air conditioning controls, a coffee bar, TV, desk working space, high-speed Wifi, plus a microwave and refrigerator. Each room also has a private ensuite full bathroom with granite countertops. We have a variety of suites which include hotel king and queen beds, as well as double bed suites. We also have adjoining suites available.
